Iarpi LLC Car Rental Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from Iarpi LLC ("Lessor"). By renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Qualifications:

You must be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories) and have a valid driver's license from the United States or a valid international driver's license with an official English translation.
You must have a valid credit card in your name with sufficient credit limit to cover the rental charges and any potential damage to the vehicle.
You must meet all other eligibility requirements as determined by Lessor at its sole discretion.

2. Rental Rates and Charges:

Rental rates are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the rate in effect at the time of your reservation.
The rental rate includes mileage up to the specified limit for your chosen vehicle category.Additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in the rental agreement.
You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the rental, including fuel,parking violations, and tolls.

3. Insurance:

Lessor offers optional collision damage waiver (CDW) and liability insurance coverage for your rental. We recommend purchasing CDW to reduce your financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle that is not covered by insurance.
You are responsible for all third-party liability arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

4. Prohibited Uses:

You may not use the rental vehicle for any illegal activity or for any purpose that violates the terms of this agreement.
You may not use the rental vehicle to transport passengers for hire or for any commercial purpose.
You may not smoke in the rental vehicle.
You may not take the rental vehicle outside of the United States or Canada without prior written permission from Lessor.

5. Maintenance and Repairs:

You are responsible for maintaining the rental vehicle in good condition and for notifying Lessor immediately of any problems or malfunctions.
You are responsible for the cost of all repairs made to the rental vehicle during the rental period,except for normal wear and tear.

6. Return of the Vehicle:

You must return the rental vehicle to the Lessor location specified in the rental agreement on or before the due date and time.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with a full tank of gas.
You will be charged a late fee for each day that the vehicle is returned late.

7. Termination of Rental:

Lessor may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you violate any of its terms or conditions.
You may terminate this agreement by returning the vehicle to Lessor.

8. Miscellaneous:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lessor regarding the rental of the vehicle.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds:

You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pick-up will be charged 50% of the total rental cost.
Cancellations made after the pick-up time will be charged the full rental cost.
No refunds will be given for unused rental days.

2. Early Returns:

Early returns will not be refunded the unused portion of the rental.

3. Modifications:

Changes to your reservation, such as vehicle category or rental dates, may be subject to a modification fee depending on availability.

4. Refunds for Vehicle Problems:

If the Lessor is unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund.
If you experience mechanical problems with the vehicle during the rental period, you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining unused portion of your rental.

5. Damage and Theft:

You are responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle that is not covered by insurance.
In the event of theft of the vehicle, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.

6. Reporting Issues:

Any issues with the rental vehicle or your reservation must be reported to Lessor immediately.Failure to do so may void your refund eligibility.
